Here, from the point of view of Mindlin's linearized theory of elasticity with moment stresses, the problem of the endless plane with an elliptical hole, which is uniformly stretched in the direction of the shorter axis of the ellipse, was discussed. This problem was solved by introducing the voltage functions. The formula for stress tensor coordinates and moment stress coordinates in the elliptical coordinate system were determined. In accordance with the given boundary conditions, the system of algebraic equations for determining the constant of integration was formed.
