In this paper, the problem of forming constitutive equations for the case of plastic materials in which the appearance of voltage couplings is allowed is discussed. After introducing the concept of the tensor block (0), and forming the expression (12) by the usual procedure, we arrive at relations (17), which represent the required connections.
