In this paper, we introduce and study a new subclass of meromorphic univalent functions defined by the Bessel function. We obtain coefficient inequalities, distortion properties, closure theorems, Hadamard product. Finally we obtain integral transforms for the class $\sigma_p^*(\beta,\alpha,\lambda,\upsilon,s,t)$.
