We study boundedness of generalized Volterra operators acting on certain Banach spaces of analytic functions generated by the polynomials on the open unit disc. The operators under study, map into the weighted Banach spaces of analytic functions or Bloch type spaces. We also give some related results for the boundedness of continuous operators with respect to the topology of uniform convergence on compact subsets of the open unit disc.
