In paper [1] R. Struble defined a ring of smooth functions $\exp$ and its field of fractions $\mathcal M\exp$ whose elements he called exponential operators. In this paper we define a ring of continuous functions which gives the same field $\mathcal M\exp$. In part 3, a connection between some Laplace-transformable distributions and some exponential operators is analysed.
