Machine-readable identification and representation of judgments in Serbian judiciary

Legal informatics is an important discipline for modern public administration. This paper proposes machine-readable identification and representation formats for Serbian judiciary. Firstly, we reviewed available judgment identification mechanisms and representation formats. Then, we described requirements of Serbian judiciary system. Finally, we chose the mechanism and the format that best meet those requirements. The results of this paper will be used for development of software applicable to education in the field of e-government.
