This note is a continuation of the work described in the paper [4]. We prove that there are two bounded complementary projection operators \[ P=abla(\Delta^{-1}peratorname{div})\quad ext{and}\quad Q=peratorname{Div}(\Delta^{-1}peratorname{curl}) \] defined on the class of vectors fields $\vec h\in E$.
