The work of student service is based on several documents. One of these documents is ŠV-20 form. In this paper, it is described by an XML schema. The description is done according to the structure of the document and the observed concepts. The titles of the elements reflect the concepts, whilst the attributes reflect the characteristics of the concepts that they refer to.
