The objective of this paper is to introduce the notion of semi-compatible maps in D-metric spaces and deduce fixed point theorems through semi-compatibility using orbital concept, which improve extend and generalize the results of Ume and Kim [8], Rhoades [7] and Dhage et. al [6]. All the results of this paper are new.
