We consider the stochastic equation modelling the evolution of the populations of two species in the prey-predator relation with their diffusion in the territory. The stochastic perturbation considered here models variations of environmental conditions and is given by means of a Brownian motion in a Hilbert space. We prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution as well as its positivity.
