General definitions of the Hilbert, transform and bilinear Hilbert transform in appropriate Colombeau algebras $\mathcal G_{L^2}\times\mathcal G_{L^\infty}$ are given. The relations of distribution of the Hilbert and bilinear Hilbert transforms with the corresponding definitions in Colombeau algebras are given through special regularizations.
