We present the Multisplitting Unsymmetric Modified Accelerated Overrelacation (MUSMAOR) we iterative method for solving large nonsingular linear systems of equations $Ax=b$. Besides, we establish some sufficient convergence conditions for this iterative method when the matrix $A$ is an $H$-matrix.
