Two structural theorems for $S$-bounded distributions have been proved. The first one contains equivalent statements that a distribution is $S$-bounded and the second gives the subspaces of $\mathcal D'$ to which belongs a distribution being $S$-bounded relative to a special function $c$ and a cone $\Gamma$.
