In this paper sufficient conditions for a uniform convergence family of spline difference schemes for the problems $\varepsilon y''+p(x)y'=f(x)$, $y(0)=\alpha$, $y(1)=\beta$, $x\in[0,1]$ are given.
Numerical results are presented.
