An uniform boundedness theorem for the class of sequential continuous homomorphisms on uniform commutetive semigroups is proved. For that purpose two kinds of boundedness are introduced. A diagonal type theorem on uniform semigroup is proved and by it a theorem on continuous convergence is obtain.
