A theorem on partial middling for functional differential equations of the neutral type

In this paper a generalization of Plotnikov's result from [5] is obtained for functional-differential equations of the form: $\dot x(t)\in F(t,x_t,\dot x_t)$, where $F$ is a myltifunction with values which are nonempty compact convex subsets of $n$-dimensional space $R^n$.
