The matter of the paper is the curvature tensor of the covariant part of the general regular connection in a W-O of the second kind; supposing that the tensor is recurrent to Cronecker's delta in the adjoint Riemannian space, we get some interesting relations between concircular and projective curvature tensors in such a W-O and corresponding objects in the adjoint Riemannian space.
