The aim of this paper is to prove the nuclearity of the space $\sigma\{M_p(x,q)\}$ under suitable conditions on the matrix $\{M_p(x,q)\}$, $p\in N$, $q\in N_0$. This space is investigated in paper [5] (in this Journal), so for notations and notions see [5].
