A difference schemes was formed with a constant fitting factor on a nonuniform mesh for a singular perturbation problem of the second order and for boundary conditions of the third order. A uniform convergence of the order one was proved with respect to the small parameter of the solution and its first derivative. Emelyanov's technique was used.
