This paper aims to study some results on semi-essential ideals of lattices. It defines fully essential and fully prime lattices and study relation between them. The concepts of the st-closed ideal and semi-extending ideal in a lattice are introduced. Some characterizations of semi-extending lattices are given with respect to semi-essential ideals and st-closed ideals.
