In this note we prove that the spectral inclusion for regularized semigroups holds for the approximate point spectrum and the semiregular spectrum. Also, we give conditions for which the regularized semigroups satisfy spectral equality for approximate point and semiregular spectrum. Furthermore, we give necessary and sufficient conditions for the generator of a regularized semigroup to be semiregular.
