We present the books by Đorđe Stanojević that are digitized and are in the Virtual Library of the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade. Đorđe Stanojević was a respected electrical engineer, physicist and astronomer of the second half of the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth century. He taught applied physics at the Grand School and at the University of Belgrade after its foundation in 1905. He is responsible for the electrification of Belgrade after that Belgrade has become one of the first cities in Europe lightened by electricity.
