In this paper we prove a representation theorem for $\delta RV$-sequences, which we call "Matuszewska sequences", in the Bojanić-Seneta sense. We also find a connection between the class of $\delta RV$-sequences and the functional Matuszewska class ERV, and the relations between the sequencial class $\delta RV$ and the sequencial classes $RVS$ and $*RV$
