In this article we give description of a construction of one interesting commutative semigroup $(\wp(U),\otimes)$ determined on the partitive set $\wp(U)$ of any set $U$ by known set operations. In this semigroup the set inclusion relation is a partial order but this order is not compatible with the semigroup operation.
