The idea of writing of present paper was evolved during a preparation of new edition of textbook [1], It was decided to collect a number of examples in physics, chemistry and biology that use differential calculus of functions of one real variable. The second part of paper supposes to collect problems requiring the use of integral calculus. Symbols $\triangleleft$ and $\triangleright$ denote a begin and end of proofs.
