Based on the significance of continuous logical education, even in the pre-elementary stage, a research was conducted, providing a basis for assessing the level of comprehension of basic logical ideas by the students of the Department for Pre-elementary education at several faculties of education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The paper provides the summary and analysis of the absolutely discouraging results gained in the research and also gives comments and suggestions for overcoming the current difficulties.
