In this article we introduce the Zweier I-convergent double sequence spaces $_2\mathcal Z^I$, $_2\mathcal Z^I_0$ and $_2\mathcal Z^I_\infty$. We prove the decomposition theorem and study topological properties, algebraic properties and some inclusion relations on these spaces.
