The goal of this paper is to define the spaces $V^\lambda_{\sigma_0}(p)$ and $V^\lambda_\sigma(p)$ by using de la Vallée Poussin and invariant mean. Furthermore, we characterize certain matrices in $V^\lambda_\sigma$ which will up a gap in the existing literature.
