In this paper, we define various types of $k$-regularity of ordered semigroups and using generalizations of some Green's relations and its properties, are described the structure of band and complete semilattice of $\Cal L_k$-simple, $\Cal I_k$-simple, $\Cal B_k$-simple, $\Cal H_k$-simple ordered semigroups.
