In this paper, we have introduced a new subclass of $p$-valent harmonic functions that are orientation preserving in the open unit disk and are related to Goodman-type analytic uniformly starlike functions. Coefficient bounds, distortion bounds, extreme points, convolution conditions and convex combination for the functions belonging to this class are obtained.
