Let $E=\{z=x+iy:\frac{x^2}{a^2}+\frac{y^2}{b^2}-1<0\}$, where $a>b>0$. In this paper we introduce the class of alpha-spiral functions in $E$. We obtain sufficient conditions for analytic functions in the elliptical domain $E$, to be alpha-spiral.
