In this paper are proposed Conjectures about unknotting number and $\infty$-unknotting number. According to them, both numbers can be calculated from the minimal projections of knots, if in every step is permitted an ambient isotropy. Using Conjectures, they are calculated unknotting numbers and $\infty$-unknotting numbers for all knots with $n\leq 10$ crossings.
