In paper [9] we define the natural partial order on an $r$-cancelative semigroup. In this paper we introduce the notions of locally $\mathcal L-(\mathcal R-)$ unipotent semigroup and consider the compatibility of the natural partial order on it. In this way we obtain a generalization of results of Blyth and Gomes,[1].
